Assigning refresh owners without starting a turf war

Walls go stale when “someone” owns the refresh. We print a legend strip with a human name beside each panel and review it during the walkthrough.

Owners rotate with on-call where that matches the estate. For capacity trends that change weekly, a platform lead often keeps the panel while incident tiles rotate nightly.

If two teams fight for the same tile, demote both to drill-down and promote a joint health score instead. Shared vanity is worse than a blank slot.
