RuntimeCloud Hub Advisory is based at Wisma Kelana Mas in Bukit Damansara. We take a limited number of engagements each quarter so the partner who signs the scoping note still reads the exception log.
Why this work sits outside a general audit file
Statutory auditors sample invoices. They rarely rebuild the subscription master. Product teams configure prices, coupons, and dunning without treating those settings as accounting policy. The gap between those two habits is where recurring revenue goes missing or appears too early.
We were set up to sit in that gap. The subject is narrow on purpose: financial audit of applications used for subscription billing. We do not implement billing tools, we do not run payroll, and we do not sell software.
Malaysian groups are the core of the diary — MFRS 15, SST coding, and ledgers kept in Kuala Lumpur or Cyberjaya. Regional entities that bill from Malaysia appear when the document request can be met in English.

We do not take implementation work on an application we have been asked to audit in the same period. If a conflict appears after scoping, we stop and say so in writing. Fees are quoted as a fixed engagement amount or a capped week-rate; they are not contingent on findings.
